    ● Work collaboratively with community agencies to provide referrals for individuals, offered resolutions on issues and skills gaps during placements and diplomatically discuss resolutions during work placements
    ● Regularly mentor new staff and placement students, supporting their professional development, case management and crisis intervention skills
    ● Conduct individual assessments with service users to identify employment goals; provide tailored supports for individuals
    ● Assist in the writing of grants and proposals to receive continued funding for our employment services program that is funded by the Ministry of Labour and Training and Skills Development
